Veronica Barefield Jones is the Operating Principal and Co-Owner of Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Spring, Texas. A visionary leader with a passion for growth and excellence, she has earned numerous sales and leadership awards. In her 14 years as a CEO/Team Leader, she is most proud of being named a Keller Williams Realty International Black Belt Recruiter in 2019, her induction into the Team Leader Hall of Fame in 2011, and her service on the South Texas Regional Social Equality Task Force.
In 2025, Veronica was honored with Gary Keller’s Top 100 Operating Principal Award, recognizing her exceptional leadership and impact. She has expanded her investments into Keller Williams Realty offices in Galveston and Pasadena, Texas, and is a Co-Owner of Prosperity Title & Escrow, LLC. Her leadership has driven exponential growth, including the expansion of KW Professionals into a 16,800-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility serving the North Houston market.
Veronica has been with Keller Williams Realty for 20 years, including 8 successful years as a Realtor®. She remains committed to professional excellence and personal growth. Outside of work, she enjoys creating wonderful memories with her family, her dogs, traveling, live music, dancing, and spending time outdoors.
